Owner and Chef Róbert Ólafsson is a native of Berunes and the founder of the Forrettabarinn Restaurant in Reykjavík. With over 30 years of international culinary experience—rooted in the traditions passed down from his mother and grandmother, he brings a passion for simple, high-quality Icelandic cuisine.
