Sjávarsetrið is a new restaurant by the Sandgerði harbour. Warm and cosy interior grabs as soon as you walk inside, here everyone should feel good.

Sjávarsetrið is the vision of two young couples with different backgrounds and different taste for food.

Concept of the restaurant reflects that combination. Some of the group wanted to make a seafood restaurant while others wanted a cosy feeling restaurant with a little bit more diversity. Resulting in a seafood influenced restaurant.

Opening hours:

Monday 11:30-14:00

Tuesday to Thursdays: 11:30-20:30

Fridays & Saturdays: 12:00 - 23:00

Sundays: Closed

Menu is available from 17:00 Tuesday - Saturday - we accept table reservations from 17:00.

Coffee and croissant from opening until 17:00. - No reservation needed, walk-ins welcome due to availability.
